With the impending GDPR on the horizon we have been reviewing the information that Warwickshire County Council holds. Part of this work has been reviewing the reporting of Prejudice Related Incidents.

We now only require information related to these incidents in an anonymised way. Any personal data that has been provided when reporting previous incidents has now been deleted. We will also be amending the form to reflect these changes so you will no longer be asked to provide information about the individual.
