Dear Headteachers,
A warm welcome back, or rather a very literal hot welcome back!
I hope you have managed to have a great summer break and feel refreshed and energised for the new academic year ahead.
We have 28 new headteachers starting across the County and we will be looking to welcome them with an induction event on 21st September 2023.
Next Friday 15th we are really looking forward to the refreshed and renewed Warwickshire Education Partnership Board (WEPB) which is a face-to-face meeting with representatives of heads from all consortiums in the County at all phases. This will hopefully improve our strategic roles and improve partnership work. The outcome of these meetings will be shared with all schools in the County.
Finally, our young people group IMPACT are conducting a survey about experiences in school based on the County wide agreed inclusion charter which school have adopted. I would be grateful if you could share the link to the survey with your young people.
