Head Teacher Wellbeing Free Coaching Sessions

Just a reminder that WCC's 'Listening Ear' service for Headteachers is still available.  Headteachers in Warwickshire schools can have up to three free coaching sessions with our hand-picked school-experienced team of coaches.  The sessions are confidential - the LA doesn't know who accesses the support - and you don't have to be 'on the edge' to access the support - it may be that a chat or two with someone neutral to your situation may enable to you offload, talk issues through and sure up your confidence. Details of our coaches are available here, along with some other sources of support that may be useful.
