DFE amendments to School Suspensions and Permanent Exclusions

The DfE has updated its guidance on schools supensions and permanent exclusions. of pupils from local-authority-maintained schools, academies and pupil referral units.

They have made a change in regards to returning the number of days which must be allowed to raise an application for an independent review to 15 days.
