An exciting opportunity has arisen to help transform the delivery of Early Help services within Warwickshire.
We are recruiting to the role of Operations Manager - Early Help and Targeted Support. This post will be pivotal in the development, strategy and management of the arm of Early Help services within the team and, crucially, will work directly with operations managers and development officers from within the MASH and Initial Response services in order to deliver an "ecosystem" approach to all services at the front door.
This post has the strategic and operational responsibility for those services within the community that support parents and families to help themselves, such as Children Centres, Family Support and Early Help Officers.
Be part of something special and lead the change we want to see to enable our children and families in Warwickshire to receive the right support, at the right time.
Closing date for applications is Friday 14 June 2019. Interviews will be held on 24 June.
