Conditions of funding for the 12 to 15 year old vaccination programme funding for schools

Secondary schools will be provided with a one-off payment of £1,000, with an additional uplift for larger schools based on pupil numbers. This funding is to support schools in hosting vaccinations and ensuring that the COVID-19 vaccine is accessible to pupils.

DfE has now published the conditions of funding which includes information on allocation amounts, eligibility and payments. Further information on this funding is available on the secondary schools and colleges document sharing platform.

You will also find details on how to work with and support your school age immunisation service (SAIS) in the “how to” guide for schools.

Most schools should now have dates confirmed for a visit from their SAIS team. If you have not yet had confirmation of when the SAIS team will be visiting your school, please complete this short form by 5pm on Thursday 10 February. The NHS will then follow up with the relevant SAIS team.
