This week I draw to your attention Warwickshire Safeguarding's Annual Report for 2021-2022.

The report can be found here and reflects on safeguarding practice during an extraordinary time for children, adults, families and staff. There are a number of useful sections in the report and reflections from the independent chair on the continued need to improve information sharing and effective escalation of concerns; really hearing what children and families are saying; and the impact of learning from rapid reviews.

Please do reassure yourselves that your organisation is making the most of the 7 minute briefings and the Lessons Learned Briefings that are sent out from Warwickshire Safeguarding. They can also be found on the website.
