Survey: Nutrition and physical activity knowledge and perspectives of practitioners in early years’ settings in the UK

Dear Practitioner,

We would like to invite you to be a part of an impactful research project that we are running here at Coventry University and help create a better start for life for children.

As an early years practitioner, we invite you to take part in the survey below exploring early years practitioners knowledge, practices and perspectives on pre-schoolers' (i.e., children under the age of 5) nutrition and physical activity.

Your anonymous answers will help us structure and inform the development of future health interventions within early years settings in order to promote physical activity and increase the possibility of a better start in life for pre-schoolers.

Therefore, your expertise, knowledge and honest views as an early years practitioner are extremely valuable and important to us and we value the time you would give us in completing the survey.
