Year 9 pupils complete Health Assessment
Across Warwickshire year 9 pupils are completing online health questionnaires facilitated by Warwickshire School Health and Wellbeing Service.
Each school will be given a Public Health Plan as a result of your pupil’s responses. This will enable both schools and Warwickshire School Health and Wellbeing Service to offer interventions and support to pupils. Any individual health needs will be addressed confidentially by a school nurse.
