If you have missed this valuable training opportunity to strengthen your school's support for the mental health of young people we are providing a final pair of remote twilight sessions on:
January 14th and January 21st 2021 - 3.30pm - 5.30pm: Booking available soon
- This training is funded by DfE and aims to support staff to support children and young peoples' well-being and mental health.
- The course was developed by the Anna Freud Centre and has been adapted for local needs.
- Participants are provided with useful resources, including those relevant to support available in Warwickshire
Please note that this training is additional to that which will eventually be provided for Mental Health Leads in Trailblazer schools and therefore Trailblazer schools should also sign up.

Warwickshire Virtual School Training Spring Term 2021
Virtual School training for designated teachers of children looked after (CLA) and previously looked after (CPLA) will continue to be delivered remotely for the Spring term.
Training is free to designated teachers in all Warwickshire settings, pre-school to post 16, and to teachers in settings outside of Warwickshire where Warwickshire CLA are currently on roll.
In addition, all schools who have worked with Warwickshire Virtual School on the Attachment Aware and Trauma Informed School Project, can send any member of staff, not just the designated teacher.

Blended Learning Update
In his press release today, Gavin Williamson confirmed that after Christmas although full, graded inspections will not resume, ‘OFSTED will …continue to have the power to inspect a school, further education or early years provider, if they have serious concerns, including about safeguarding and remote education.
