We are really pleased to announce that the Warwickshire Teaching School Alliance (WTSA) will be opening a recruitment round for a new specialist role of 'Early Years Lead Practitioner' from 19/10/20 to 09/11/20. If you have any staff in a non-teacher role, who you think would match the criteria and would be interested in applying, please do pass the information on. 

We are looking for people who have a passion for making a difference in the Early Years, who are really keen to share their experience and expertise to support colleagues and have at least 5 years' experience in an EY role (including 2 years at a supervisory/managerial level). The recruitment process involves submitting an application form (and an 'in-practice' video once shortlisted), along with a Zoom interview.
