Closing the Gap / Autumn Term Headteachers' Conference
The Headteachers' Conference in the Autumn Term will be combined with a 'Closing the Gap in Warwickshire' Conference. This whole day event is a free CPD opportunity for all Warwickshire schools.
The agenda will include:
- early findings and evidence of impact from the DfE Strategic School Improvement Fund 'Narrowing the Gap' project
- an opportunity to hear from Sir John Dunford, Chair of Whole Education and trustee of the Learn Academy Trust in South Leicestershire. John was the government's National Pupil Premium Champion from 2013 to 2015
- key updates from the County Council (Head of Service and Strategic Leads in Education and Learning)
