A group of professionals and practitioners working across the domains of education, public health, therapy services and early help met recently to focus on the next steps for WE1 of the Warwickshire Education Strategy.
They discussed areas of success, key challenges and the next priorities which will be important to include in the development of a three to five year strategy for the Early Years Foundation Stage.
This element of Warwickshire’s Early Years Strategy will be co-produced and over the coming months we will be engaging with representatives from the many services that support early years, as well as practitioners delivering early education on a day to day basis.
Please look out for updates on our progress in this area in Heads Up.
