Senior Mental Health Lead Training
Find out how to apply for a grant and access DFE equality assured training to help develop a whole school or college approach to mental health and wellbeing. Grants are available to enable schools to allow an identified senior leader to complete training courses that will help them develop a whole school approach.
This can be a newly identified person on the SLT or someone who already works in this area in your school, doing other mental health related work. The funding for the current academic year is fixed, but from March 2022, funding will be identified for more schools to join this training and receive the grant, and it may be possible to begin the training from March 2022.
