Early Years Foundation Stage reforms 2021

 As you will be aware the reforms to the Early Years Foundation Stage will be implemented from September 2021.

Warwickshire Local Authority will be delivering a series of free briefing events during May, June and July 2021. These will be focused on different audiences and include:

• Governors
• Headteachers / School Leaders 
• EYFS practitioners in Schools and group settings
• Childminders
• Professionals / Interested stakeholders

Please look out for a letter confirming the dates and arrangements for booking. This will also be published in Heads Up in due course.

Development Matters is the new non-statutory curriculum guidance for the new EYFS framework that everyone can use from September 2021 and is a non-statutory guide to support practice.
