The Eat Well Guide

The Eatwell Guide is a policy tool used to define  Governments recommendations on eating healthily and achieving a balanced diet. Resources available within this tool include example menus and useful guidance for Early Years settings to help meet the Early Years  Foundation Stage Requirements for food and drink.
