Supporting Inclusion for SEND and Vulnerable Groups

Warwickshire Community Provision for Working Age Adults with Disabilities and/or Mental Health Needs

Warwickshire County Council is currently looking at how community services for working age adults (16-64) with Disabilities and/or Mental Health needs will be delivered in the future.

The services the council are looking at include: Day Opportunities, Supported living, Live in Care, Learning Disability Wellbeing Hubs, Respite and Short Breaks.

We spoke to people from October to December 2020 and we were told what is important.  We would like to find out more about this to help us know what we need to consider for future services.

You are invited to complete the following survey: Ask Warwickshire survey- Community Provision- 2021

Closing date for responses: 11 April 2021.
